Do I need an account to place orders?
No, you may checkout as a guest, however, we strongly encourage you to sign up for an account for a faster checkout process in future purchases and to track your order status.
How long does is the order processing time?
All orders will take 1-2 days to process before shipping. Orders received after 8pm will be processed on the next business day. Our business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, you can’t cancel the order once payment has been made.
What happens when I receive a wrong order or defective item?
We sincerely apologise for this and will always do our best to improve to serve you better. Please WhatsApp to us at +65 88913709, email us at hello@healthkets.com or drop us a message from our website as soon as possible and within 30 days of receiving said order/item. Kindly include your Name, Order Number, Email address and a clear photo of the wrong/defective item. We will then advise you the next step. The item(s) must be new and unworn.

Do you provide worldwide shipping?
