All orders are final and non-cancellable once payment has been made. All returns and exchanges are reviewed and evaluated on a case-by-case basis, subjected to the discretion of Team HealthKets. 

Wrong Order / Defective Item

If an item received is defective or if your order is wrong, please WhatsApp to us at +65 88913709, email us at hello@healthkets.com or drop us a message from our website as soon as possible and within 30 days of receiving your order. Kindly include your Name, Order Number, Email address and a few clear photos of the wrong/defective item. We will then respond to you on the next steps. The item(s) must be new and unused.

Once the team has verified the report, a replacement piece of the same design will be sent out after we receive the returned defective item. 

Note: Slight colour variations, slight size differences, minor defects (e.g. slight scratch, slight misalignment, etc.) do not constitute a defective product.

Item that are unsuitable

You may return the item at your expense and opt for an exchange to another model if it is not to your liking, strictly within 30 days of receiving your order. The models can be of a different price, we will charge or refund the difference including the shipping fee to you. Do note that each return request are reviewed on a case by case basis and subject to approval at the our discretion.

You must WhatsApp to us at +65 88913709 or email us at hello@healthkets.com with your Name, Order number, Address, Email address, model name and reason of exchange within the given timeframe of 7 days from the day of request. All return items must be in their original condition, new and unused, in the packaging you received your items in. We will not be responsible or held liable for any lost return mail, or if the return item is damaged during shipment back to us. (Please ensure item is well packaged and in good condition before mailing out, and do opt for a delivery option that allows tracking when you mail it back to us.)

Refunds will be made within 1 – 2 days after the return item has been received and verified.

Products on special offers or sale are not entitled to refunds or exchanges. Items purchased using promo codes or store credits are also not entitled to refunds or exchanges.
